All products distributed by Naughty Alice to its customers are guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
The product is covered under warranty only if it was used for the purpose it was intended. This warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product.

We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’. Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; every body is different as is their pleasure preference.

When purchasing Lingerie please use the sizing chart and measurements to determine your size as we are unable to give refunds for wrong sizing.

Products which are found to be defective will be replaced and posted to you free of charge.
